Sustainability is a top priority for Speick Naturkosmetik. This is particularly evident in our natural cosmetics certified Speick Organic 3.0 products: The palm oil-free, vegan formulas based on more than 99% natural ingredients are formulated in a minimalist way, and the packaging is consciously selected. The soap is wrapped in a simple paper band. Shower gel and body lotion are available either as a disposable bottle made of BIO PE (bio-based polyethylene) or as a returnable PET deposit bottle. The disposable bottles, excluding the labels, are made of 97% BIO PE, a plastic made of renewable raw materials (sugar cane). Compared to “normal” PE, BIO PE causes less CO2 emissions during its production. The reusable bottles are part of zerooo, a deposit return scheme for cosmetics and drugstore products. After being returned, they undergo a cleaning process and are then refilled up to 10 times. A valuable contribution to reducing packaging waste!
